We provide regular quality control in the whole manufacturing process, from the property of aluminum alloy, extrusion profile size and shape, aging, anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, PE film, suitable packing for different delivery, to make sure all of our products meet the international quality and safe standard. Our production lines include: 6 lines of extrusion, the press range from 500MT to 3600MT, 3 anodizing lines, 2 horizontal powder coating lines, 1 vertical powder coating line, 1 PVDF painting line and 1 polishing & brushing line, 1 fabricated workshop, with all of which, our annual production capacity has reached 6000 tons.
